Aalberts: patent litigations concluded
Effective on Thursday, DSI - Dispense Systems International B.V., a wholly owned daughter company of Aalberts Industries N.V. - and Micro Matic have settled unanimously all patent disputes. Both parties are entitled to use the litigious patents independently. Thereby, the dispute between the companies DSI and Micro Matic has come to an end.

Airspray joins forces with TricorBraun
Airspray has reached a distribution agreement with TricorBraun, the largest packaging distributor in the USA. TricorBraun, with 26 offices throughout the USA, will increase Airspray's market presence, especially at the small and mid-size accounts. The Airspray sales organisation will continue to serve the existing customer base and will work together with TricorBraun representatives to increase penetration. Airspray has, in order to realise a better penetration and coverage of the medium and small sized sales accounts, reached a distribution agreement with TricorBraun, the largest packaging distributor in the United States.

Corus and Sumitomo agree technical collaboration
Corus and Sumitomo Metals have signed an agreement for technical collaboration in areas of mutual interest and benefit. Crucell enters into license agreement with Molelecular Medicine
Dutch antibody and vaccine company Crucell on Thursday announced that it entered into a license agreement with San Diego-based Molecular Medicine, LLC to offer manufacturing services for clinical grade materials on Crucell's proprietary PER.C6 technology in the US. Under the terms of the agreement, Crucell will receive upfront and annual payments, as well as double-digit royalties on sales. Further financial details were not disclosed. "This deal will meet the increasing need of the market for PER.C6 manufacturing services for vaccine and gene therapy products" said Crucell's CEO Dinko Valerio.
